What is missing is marked.
This page describes only what this website actually does with the information you submit through the enquiry form, so you know before you send it. It does not replace a formal privacy policy.
A formal policy needs the registered entity name and address, a retention period, a rights-request channel and the governing law. Those are still unconfirmed. When they are settled, this page will be replaced as a whole rather than patched.

Submission details
The time of submission and the page language are stored with the record, so a reply can be written in the right language.
What is not here
No cookies, no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no device fingerprinting. Fonts and images are served by this site itself.
03 / WHERE IT GOES
One server,
one restricted directory.
Each submission is appended as a single record in a restricted directory on KOA's own server, readable only by the people responsible for operations and partnership conversations.
Where the team has configured a WeCom notification, the same content is also sent to KOA's internal group bot so it can be followed up promptly. Where it is not configured, the record is stored without notification and reviewed periodically.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry. Submitting the form is only used to reply to that enquiry.
